Along with making the ENCF Vision statement come alive in our own little part of the world, one of our other goals is to be able to build relationships and have a lot of fun accomplishing this. We want to be able to get to know people so well, that you can’t wait until we meet again and you love each other so much that they would constantly be in your thought and prayers.

Transparency would certainly be another goal to pursue. As a Group, we would like to see everyone become a Leader. I say this because we have already been equipped to become leaders. Jesus came to serve, and that is what we need to do.  To be able to serve others and our community where it just comes naturally to us. To be a leader is to be a servant of all. Our goal should be to serve always as Jesus did.

We encourage all attendees to get involved in the home group by using the gifts and abilities that God has given them. Some of the areas where you can help include:

• Journaling:  Keep records and notes of all our gatherings.

E-mailing: Keep everyone informed through sending e-mails.
Photographer: Take photos of our outing and other events.
Hospitality: Cook/bake for our gatherings as the Lord leads you.
Computer Graphics: Keep up the Group Website
Accountant: Keep records of all monies, expenditures, etc.
Greeters: Come a little early and greet everyone as they arrive.
Video: Responsible for taping the Group when applicable.
Music: Responsible for Praise/Worship and entertaining.
Scrap-Booking: Would coordinate with photographer to develop book.
Hospital visitation: Visit at hospital, send cards/flowers.
Visitor Follow Up: Send cards to new guests or visitors.
Refreshments: Make sure drinks and plastic ware and plates are in stock.
Info Center: Keep everyone informed of announcements. Handled by Alice
Meals On Wheels: Coordinate meals for ill members unable to do so.
Statistics: Keeps records of stats and how we can improve or grow.
Shuttle Driving: Coordinate means of arrival for those that are unable to.
Prayer: Individual prayer requests, hold-up Group in prayer, and growth.
